The CSBQ : Educational Residencies

Create a lasting impact at your school

Our organization is deeply committed to sharing a love for music and tools for lifelong musicianship with young people. One of the best ways to create a long-lasting impact on your students is with a CSBQ residency. Residencies can be as little as two days or as long as many days throughout the year. A CSBQ residency always includes educational activities for your band students, music students, or the entire school, as well as a concert by us and/or a concert with your bands.

For more details and sample residency schedules, check our our residency program information sheets, available for download in the right sidebar!

The CSBQ is looking forward to meeting you and your students' needs for an unparalleled experience!

Finding Funding for your Residency

We understand the challenging landscape of school and arts funding, that's why nearly all of our residencies are partially grant funded. As a non-profit organization we are able to apply for grants and other support for our work in communities across the country. Public schools are eligible for many government and foundation grants to help with the cost of bringing in guest artists and educators.
